VARIABLE COLOR TWO-PHOTON FLUORESCENT PROBE FOR DETECTING HYDROGEN SULFATE, METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SAME, AND METHOD FOR QUANTITATIVELY IMAGING IN VIVO HYDROGEN SULFATE USING SAME
The present invention relates to a variable color two-photon fluorescent probe which reacts with in vivo hydrogen sulfate (H2S) to change a fluorescent color; and to a method for manufacturing the same. Furthermore, the present invention relates to a method for quantitatively imaging hydrogen sulfate present in cells and biopsy tissues through a two-photon microscope by using the variable color two-photon fluorescent probe. The variable color two-photon fluorescent probe according to the present invention is selectively dyed with mitochondria or cytoplasm; reacts with hydrogen sulfate (H2S) to show a strong fluorescent color change; can easily be loaded on cells due to excellent solubility to water and a small molecular weight; and can selectively detect hydrogen sulfate in cells and 100-200 μm-depth biopsy tissues throughout 60 minutes or longer, thereby quantitatively imaging the distribution and activity of hydrogen sulfate inside the mitochondria or cytoplasm in the cells and biopsy tissues.
