A method for preparing a stasis-phlegm-type ovarian cysts (OC) animal model, comprising the following steps: (1) applying estradiol benzoate solution to a rat in estrus, the application dosage being 1.5 ml/100 g once every five days four consecutive times, and the concentration of the estradiol benzoate solution being 3.75 mg/ml; (2) from the day when the estradiol benzoate solution is applied for the first time, performing intragastric administration with 1 ml/100 g high-fat milk once a day twenty consecutive times, each 100 ml high-fat milk comprising the following raw materials by weight: 20 g cholesterol, 3 g sodium cholate, 35 g animal fat, 20 ml propylene glycol, and 10 ml polysorbate-80, and the balance being water.
