The present invention relates to a pop art portrait scheme, which comprises the steps of: (a) sketching a person on canvas; (b) applying white pink acryl paints with pearl on an entire surface of the canvas as a background color; (c) expressing the person with black lines and surfaces on the basis of the sketch seen therethrough; (d) selectively forming a halftone dot with a color darker than the background color of step (b) on the entire surface of step (c) by using a silk screen of 2 to 3 mm in diameter; (e) painting each part of the sketched person and applying various background colors; (f) applying paint with pearl on the front or back of the person to add a separate layer; (g) drawing a black line of 0.3 to 1 cm in width on the outer edge of the picture to complete the portrait. Accordingly, the present invention has an effect of making the color or hue of a glossy part and a matt part of the portrait partially change according to the angle at which the portrait is viewed, an effect of making the actual plane picture look like it has a plurality of layers, and an effect of making the paint partially change from moment to moment according to the ambient condition or lighting.
