摘要

A thin film transistor (TFT), AMOLED pixel flexible drive circuit and manufacturing method; the AMOLED pixel flexible drive circuit comprises a switching TFT and a driving TFT; both the switching TFT and the driving TFT comprise: a substrate (1), and a gate electrode (6), a source electrode (2), a drain electrode (3), an active conductive layer (4) and a dielectric layer (5) all formed on the substrate (1); the active conductive layer (4) is a carbon nano tube; and the drain electrode of the switching TFT is electrically connected to the gate electrode of the driving TFT. The carbon nano tube thin film transistor has a great mobility ratio and a high switch ratio, thus better satisfying the requirements on light emission of OLED pixels. In addition, the present invention realizes manufacturing of an AMOLED pixel drive circuit on a flexible substrate, has a simple process, easy operation, low costs and good repeatability, and is suitable for large-scale industrial production, thus establishing a foundation for large-area printing of a flexible display.
