The present invention provides a method, terminal, management device and system for a network device performance test. The method includes: each terminal receives a test control command sent by a management device, and the test control command includes information about a service to be executed; and each terminal executes the service to be executed in the test control command according to the received test control command, each terminal interacts with the network device under test while executing the respective services to be executed, so that the management device collects performance data of the network device under test in the interaction procedure to evaluate the performances of the network device under test. By using multiple terminals to perform performance test on the network device under test, the performance test environment of the network device under test is consistent with the real network environment, and therefore the accuracy of test result is greatly improved.
