Provided are a maintenance management method and device, and a device maintenance system. An intelligent terminal comprises: a connection establishment module used for establishing a communication connection between the intelligent terminal and a managed device of a wireless communication network, the managed device being a base station device; and a maintenance management module used for conducting maintenance management on the managed device via the communication connection between the intelligent terminal and the managed device according to a configured operation flow. The technical solution of the present invention can reduce the time consumed by carrying out maintenance management on the communication device, thereby improving the efficiency of carrying out maintenance management on the communication device.
