The present invention relates to a method for producing an egg including gold nanoparticles using water containing gold nanoparticles, and more specifically, to a method for producing an egg including gold nanoparticles using water containing gold nanoparticles, wherein gold particles, which are abraded by a strong water pressure, and sprayed water are stored together, and the stored water is supplied as drinking water for a hen bred in a henhouse, thereby allowing an egg ovulated in the bred hen to include gold nanoparticles. The method for producing an egg including gold nanoparticles using water containing gold nanoparticles of the present invention comprises: a first step of feeding a hen with water containing gold nanoparticles; and a second step of producing an egg by the hen, wherein the produced egg contains 0.50 ㎍/㎏ of gold.
