METHOD AND DEVICE FOR EVALUATING MOIRE PATTERN

A method for evaluating a moire pattern relates to the technical field of display. The method comprises the steps: S1, detecting the brightness at different continuous positions in a preset area of a display panel (200) below an all-white picture to obtain a brightness curve (S110); and S2, determining whether wave crest and wave trough patterns appear on the brightness curve, if so, it means that a moire pattern is displayed (S120). Also disclosed is a device for evaluating a moire pattern. Effective and accurate detection of a moire pattern is achieved, and the defect of human eye detection is overcome.
