A fixing holder of an advertising board for an exhibition hall or an exposition hall booth comprises: a vertical wing (1) which is integrally and symmetrically connected on the basis of a central protruding end (2) having a groove (3) for inserting a screw inward; two pieces of Velcro tape (10) which are fixed to the vertical wing (1), and which is provided so as to be coupled to a piece of Velcro tape fixed to the advertising board; a connection bar (4) which is formed to be integrated with the vertical wing (1), and which is symmetrically protruded; and a bisymmetrically-shaped pressing wing (5) which is formed to be integrated with the connection bar (4) and has a holding protrusion (6) formed toward the central protruding end (2).
