COMPOSITE CERAMIC PREPARED BY USING SOL-GEL METHOD, THIN FILM COATING MATERIAL WITH ULTRA-HIGH TEMPERATURE HEAT RESISTANCE AND HIGH CORROSION RESISTANCE, CONTAINING SAME, AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR
The present invention provides: a composite ceramic comprising (A) colloidal silica, and (B) alumina, titania and zirconia; and a thin film coating material with ultra-high temperature heat resistance and high corrosion resistance, comprising (C) a peptizing agent, and (D) a silane coupling agent. The composite ceramic used in the present invention has excellent heat resistance, corrosion resistance, durability, hardness, brine resistance, adhesion, solvent resistance, chemical resistance and the like, and thus shows remarkable effects as a material for various coating materials in various fields. Therefore, the thin film coating material according to the present invention has ultra-high temperature heat resistance, excellent pencil hardness, high corrosion resistance, excellent hydrophilicity and contamination resistance, and particularly, exhibits ultra-high temperature heat resistance and high corrosion resistance, and thus can be useful in the fields of various liquid crystal display devices such as a TV, a computer monitor and a mobile phone, household goods such as a gas range, a heater, an electric fan, a refrigerator and an iron, and various industrial goods such as a building and construction material, a health aid device, a vehicle and a ship.
