A scanner for photo-acoustic tomography according to the present invention includes: a mirror for reflecting light and a photo-acoustic signal for the photo-acoustic tomography; a first drive member to which the mirror is attached; a second drive member connected to the first drive member; first driving force providing units located at the lower side of both ends in a first direction of the first drive member to provide a driving force for making the first drive member perform a tilt movement in a first direction; and second driving force providing units located at the lower side of both ends in a second direction of the second drive member to provide a driving force for making the second drive member perform a tilt movement in a second direction of the second drive member. It is a formulation, and thus has a problem in that there is a fear of virus infection, and the like.
