Provided is an emergency report system (1), in which a vehicle-mounted emergency report apparatus (3), which is mounted on a vehicle, transmits a predetermined signal to a service center (5) via a wireless network at the occurrence of an accident. Telephone conversation is also possible between the vehicle-mounted emergency report apparatus and the service center. The emergency report system also comprises a mobile telephone (7) for communicating with the service center via the wireless network. The mobile telephone transmits, to the service center, a destination change request signal for requesting the service center to change a destination at the time of telephone conversation from the vehicle-mounted emergency report apparatus to the mobile telephone, and the service center then changes the destination of the telephone conversation to the mobile telephone.
