Disclosed are a method and an apparatus for transmitting spike event information occurred in a neuromorphic chip. The apparatus for transmitting the spike event generated in the neuromorphic chip may detect spike event information for a plurality of neurons included in the neuromorphic chip based on a neuron group and transmit the detected spike event information to the outside of the neuromorphic chip.
