The present invention relates to a feed composition of poultry for enhancing resistance to salmonella including a by-product of fermented ginger in particular the fermented product of the by-product of ginger fermented by a certain lactobacillus paracasei strain as an active ingredient. In the present invention, if the feed composition including the feed additive is fed to poultry, the efficiency of feed compared with an existing feed will significantly increase, so the demand for feed can decrease while promoting resistance to salmonella. The feed composition fed to poultry can create economic profits to farmers since weight of poultry increases in spite of using less feed in addition to promoting resistance to salmonella of poultry, so the feed composition is expected to be used as antibiotic alternative and as feed for poultry to increase the productivity.
