HIGH THERMAL CONDUCTIVE WATER GAS SHIFT CATALYSTS COMPOSITION FOR FLUIDIZED-BED PROCESS

The present invention relates to a water gas shift catalyst composition adaptable to a fluidized-bed sorption enhanced water gas shift (SEWGS) process, and more specifically, to a water gas shift catalyst composition comprising: an active ingredient; a support; a reaction accelerator; a lanthanum compound; and an inorganic bonding agent, and to a water gas shift catalyst comprising the same. The fluidized-bed water gas shift catalyst composition of the present invention contains physical properties suitable for a fluidized-bed process and similar reactivity with a fixed-bed catalyst. Especially, the present invention has high thermal conductivity, thereby reducing thermal energy consumed in the reaction. Accordingly, the present invention can be applied to a fluidized-bed sorption enhanced water gas shift process under development based on the dry CO_2 absorption technique.
