A B/L(Bill of Loading) distribution managing system and an electronic purchase system for electronically issuing, transferring, buying, and presenting a B/L are provided to electronically circulate the B/L, electronically realize a process for issuing, transferring, buying, and presenting the B/L, and electronically realize all processes for a circulation procedure among a trading company, a ship owner, a forwarder, and a bank. An S/R module(110) helps a freight owner write a shipping request form and transmits the shipping request form to a transporter through EAI(Enterprise Application Integration). An e-B/L module(120) stores an e-B/L to an electronic trading document repository when the e-B/L written by the transporter receiving the shipping request form, and registers ownership of the e-B/L to an ownership registration system when the e-B/L is confirmed by a freight owner. A B/L transceiving module(140) transceives the e-B/L through the EAI.
