Disclosed are a mentoring system for promoting an employment brand and securing a talent pool and a mentoring service method using the system. A member management unit of the mentoring system performs a member management with respect to a job candidate as a mentee and one mentor selected by the mentee from multiple mentors who are field workers as a mentor corresponding to the mentee. A writing unit supports the mentee in writing a question and supports the mentor in writing a reply to the question of the mentee according to a request from the mentor. A transmission unit transmits a question receipt notification to the mentor if the question is written by the mentee through the writing unit and transmits a reply receipt notification to the mentee if the reply is written by the mentor. A service control unit controls the member management operation of the member management unit with respect to the mentee and the mentor, controls the question writing operation by the mentee and the reply writing operation by the mentor through the writing unit, and controls the transmission operations of the transmission unit to send the question receipt notification and the reply receipt notification.
