The present invention relates to a method of fabricating a plastic card having an invisible three dimensional (3D) pattern and the plastic card having the invisible 3D pattern. The characteristic of the present invention is achieved by the method of fabricating the plastic card having the invisible 3D pattern, which includes the steps of: forming a 3D pattern (10a) by printing UV curable resin ink on the surface of an ornament sheet (10); curing the 3D pattern (10a) by irradiating an ultraviolet light onto the ornament sheet (10) printed with the 3D pattern (10a); attaching an invisible sheet (11) onto an upper portion of the ornament sheet (10); sequentially laminating a core sheet (12), a lower printing sheet (13b), and a lower coating sheet (14b) on a lower portion of the ornament sheet (10), and sequentially laminating an upper printing sheet (13a) and the upper coating sheet (14a) on an upper portion of the ornament sheet (10); forming the 3D pattern (10a) covered with the invisible sheet (11) inside the transparent upper printing sheet (13a) as the laminated sheets are pressed by heat so that the invisible sheet (11) closely makes contact with an outer portion of the 3D pattern (10a); and cutting the integrally pressed sheet according to the exterior of the card.
