The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a surface heating sheet with high far-infrared and anion emission properties. More specifically, provided is technology to weave fabrics by adding coating yarn obtained by coating the fabrics with not only carbon yarn but also native rock powder to warp yarn and weft yarn with a simple method and to manufacture the fabrics using the same when manufacturing the heating sheet using the carbon yarn. The surface heating sheet manufactured according to the present invention prevents the generation of an electromagnetic wave, facilitates a manufacturing process, and emits a lot of far-infrared rays and anions in comparison with a heating mat using existing carbon yarn. Antibacterial and deodorized effects, the metabolism and physical constitution of a user, blood purification action, and a medial effect like a fatigue recovery, sound sleep induction, and health promotion are improved by remarkably increasing the emission of far-infrared rays and anions when the heating mat is heated by supplying power.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
