The problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a composition for a lithium titanium oxide-based negative electrode, which improves electrode density and dispersibility of a negative electrode active material and a conductor, inhibits moisture absorption of an electrode, inhibits generation of swelling in which a battery or a super capacitor swells by inhibiting moisture absorption; and a method for manufacturing the lithium titanium oxide-based negative electrode using the composition.
