Disclosed are a system for guiding the belongings of a user by using a smart floor and a camera and a method for guiding the belongings of the user capable of identifying the belongings by using the image data for the camera for the belongings and the user sensed by the smart floor and guiding the change information of the identified belongings. The system for guiding the belongings of the user comprises a smart floor unit which senses object data comprising the touch area and the weight of an object by using a pressure sensor; a camera unit which images the images of the object; and a home gateway unit which receives the image data of an object position by using the camera unit when the object data is received from the smart floor unit and identifies the belongings of the user by comparing and analyzing the change of the object data and the image data.
