The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing compost for indoor gardening using coffee grounds and compost for indoor gardening manufactured by the same. According to the method for manufacturing compost for indoor gardening using coffee grounds of the present invention, coffee grounds which have been conventionally wasted can be utilized as a useful resource, and the compost is suitable for indoor gardening since the compost contains the coffee grounds and thus has no bad smells of conventional composts. The method of the present invention comprises the steps of: i) drying coffee grounds to have a moisture content of 40-50%; ii) adding 5-6 parts by weight of microorganisms and 5-6 parts by weight of amino acid, based on 100 parts by weight of the dried coffee grounds; and iii) fermenting the microorganisms added to the coffee grounds.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
