The present invention relates to a method to manufacture a carbon nanotube sensor, and a carbon nanotube sensor manufactured thereby. The method to manufacture a carbon nanotube sensor comprises: a step of modifying the surface of a substrate (surface treatment step); a step of heat-treating the surface modified substrate (baking step); and a step of adsorbing a carbon nanotube on a heat-treated substrate (adsorption step). The present invention has an effect of having high stability and long service life as a performance of a sensor is not degraded even if the sensor is repeatedly used by improving a binding force between a carbon nanotube and a substrate.
