The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of herb extracts for anti-wrinkling and skin whitening, herb extracts manufactured thereby, and a cosmetic composition for anti-wrinkling and skin whitening containing the same. The manufacturing method of herb extracts comprises the steps of applying a mixing solvent to wild ginseng, rhodiola, saussurea, and cordycepin, respectively, and extracting the extracts of wild ginseng, rhodiola, saussurea, and cordycepin (step 1); filtrating and concentrating the extracts of wild ginseng, rhodiola, saussurea, and cordycepin (step 2); and mixing the concentrated extracts of wild ginseng, rhodiola, saussurea, and cordycepin with wild the ginseng cultured root concentrate to manufacture herb extracts for anti-wrinkling and skin whitening (step 3). Thus, by applying the extracts of wild ginseng, rhodiola, saussurea, and cordycepin at the same time, anti-wrinkling and skin whitening effects can be improved better than by applying only one extract separately.
