This invention is a method for manufacturing of Al-Zn-Cu-Mg alloy sheet and AL-Zn-Cu-Mg alloy sheet thereby. In particular, the invention includes: a stage of manufacturing an Al-Zn-Cu-Mg alloy molten metal into an aluminum alloy board thorugh double-roll strip casting method (stage 1); a stage of putting pressure on the manufactured aluminum alloy sheet for the 1st time (stage 2); a stage of putting pressure on the manufactured aluminum alloy sheet for the 2nd time (stage 3); a stage of thermal treating the aluminum alloy sheet (stage 4). This invention manufactures a Al-Zn-Cu-Mg alloy sheet with lower cost and shorter manufacturing time by using double-roll casting process. Further, by going through the following manufacturing thermal treatment process, the sheet has higher mechanical characteristics and processibility value than the existing 7000 series aluminum alloy. Thus, the Al-Zn-Cu-Mg alloy sheet manufactured by the above manufacturing method can be used for light-weight transfer machine and structure materials.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
