The energy management system based on platform according to one side of the present invention that can provide an energy management system based on platform as the energy management system standardizes and quantifies the work that must be built comprises: a data acquiring module that collects measuring data from the sensors matched with the subject facilities that are the subject of energy management and processes the collected measuring data into a cube format made of three axis of facility type, energy type, and time; and an energy management module that creates a diagnosis model including the target facility that is the subject of diagnosis and the target period that is the subject of diagnosis from among the subject facilities, extracts the value corresponding to the diagnosis model from the data in the cube format processed by the data acquiring module, diagnoses the energy efficiency of the target facility, and creates the diagnosis result.
