The present invention relates to a system for providing a course guide service to prevent a course deviation, an apparatus and method for providing the course guide service in the system and a storage medium recording program therefor. The system for providing the course guide service comprises: a user apparatus for transmitting, to a course guide service apparatus, a course guide request message including destination information, current location information, and deviation information having at least one of course information as being currently guided, course information as being driven deviating from the course, user information, a user apparatus instinct ID, an arrival time to a destination, a current time and a date, if the course deviation is sensed during providing a course guide service by executing a course guide service application according to a users manipulation; and a course guide service apparatus for, if a course guide request message including the destination information, the current location information, and the deviation information from the user apparatus is received, determining a course destination deviation cause using the destination information, and generating and providing course information based on course data to prevent the course deviation, stored at the time of guiding the course by generating and then storing the course data to prevent the course deviation according to the determined course destination deviation cause.
