Disclosed is a method for detecting stone brood disease or chalk brood disease using a more accurate loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP), not using an existing RT-PCR as a method for checking initial infection with stone brood disease and chalk brood disease as a fungal disease of honey bee. Provided in the present invention is a method for detecting stone brood disease or chalk brood disease by performing isothermal amplification with a primer composition including primer sets of sequence number 1 to 4.
