A system and method for generating a subscriber departure prediction includes receiving call history records from a network operator that details communications between subscribers of the network carrier and determining the link strength between subscribers based on call history records . The system and method also include generating a deviations effect accumulated in each subscriber from the bond strengths by propagating an abandonment effect between subscribers due to departure incidents.
