The present invention is to provide an apparatus and a method for certifying a part-time labor contract. The apparatus comprises: a certification center server (100) which prepares a labor contract agreement by receiving labor conditions for a part-time labor contract from a part-time worker terminal app (200) to transmit the contract agreement to an employer terminal app (300) or an electronic device terminal of the employer, and transmitting an overdue wage payment request to the employer terminal app (300) or the electronic device terminal of the employer when receiving the overdue wage payment request from the part-time worker terminal app (200); and a part-time worker terminal app (200) which allows a part-time worker to input labor conditions of the part-time labor contract and allows the part-time worker to execute an overdue wage payment request to the certification center server (100) at the occurrence of overdue wages, thereby providing a certifying function to the part-time labor contract, supporting an overdue wage request to a part-time worker having difficulties in directly requesting overdue wages to the employer, and improving the rights and interests of a part-time worker by proving part-time labor data.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
