The present invention relates to a system for providing brain wave recognition type learning questions which are configured to allow a learner to solve problems suitable for a capability of the learner by determining a proficiency level of the learner for the questions through a brain wave energy at the time of solving the questions, or to solve the questions to upgrade the capability of solving the types of questions up to the level of a highest level group. The system comprises: an input/output part (23) which outputs learning questions on a screen and receives a time point when the learner starts to solve learning questions and a time point when the learner terminates to solve the questions; a brain wave detecting part (25) which detects the brain wave during the time for solving the questions from the time point when the learner starts to solve learning questions to the time point when the learner terminates to solve the questions using a brain wave measurer (10); a proficiency level determining part (26) which acquires a brain wave energy from the magnitude of the brain wave being detected during the time required for solving the questions; and a control part (21) which determines the type or difficulty level of learning questions in accordance with the magnitude of acquired brain wave energy and outputs the next problem on the input/output part (23) by selecting a learning question having determined the type or difficulty level of the next question.
