The present invention relates to super duplex stainless steel having excellent corrosion resistance and hot workability, which has two phases of a ferrite phase and an austenite phase having corrosion resistance and hot workability improved by optimizing tungsten (W) and molybdenum (Mo). The super duplex stainless steel having excellent corrosion resistance and hot workability according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: 24 to 26 wt% of chromium (Cr); 6.0 to 8.0 wt% of nickel (Ni); 3.0 to 4.0 wt% of molybdenum (Mo); 0.2 to 0.3 wt% of nitrogen (N); 0 to 1 wt% of copper (Cu); 0 to 1 wt% of tungsten (W); and the remainder consisting of iron (Fe) and other inevitable impurities, wherein equation of wt%Mo + 1/2wt%W = 4% is satisfied and the ratio of wt%W/wt%Mo ranges from 0.16 to 0.18.
