The present invention relates to a silicate-based glass material capable of a low temperature co-firing, a color conversion member including the same, and a white light emitting diode. The silicate-based glass material of the present invention comprises a (P_2O_5 + B_2O_3)-ZnO-SiO_2-based glass comprising: 40 to 55 mol% of the (P_2O_5 + B_2O_3); and 25 to 40 mol% of the ZnO; and 5 to 10 mol% of the SiO_2 wherein a mol ratio of the P_2O_5 to the B_2O_3 is 8 to 10.
