The present invention relates to a permanent and limitless power apparatus. A gear is installed in a root of a center portion of a motor with various types of energy sources such as a battery or solar heat, and a timing belt is installed in a timing gear, and a V-belt is installed in a V-gear. A central root of a power generator is fixated to enable a gear to be installed outside the central root of the power generator and enable the timing belt to be installed in the timing gear and enable the V-belt to be installed in the V-gear to operate the center portion of the motor to rotate an external cap of the power generator where the central root of the power generator is fixated to generate power. Therefore, the present invention protects a natural environment by eliminating thermal power, hydro power, nuclear power, and co-generation plants for generating electricity, automobiles, ships and industries polluting the natural environment to generate the power and causing pollution.
