The present invention relates to an elevator integrated video call system. According to the present invention, the elevator integrated video call system comprises: a car image output means that receives a car inside image of an elevator, where a person is making an emergency call, from a CCTV image surveillance system and outputs the car inside image on a monitor of an elevator monitoring system in a management office, which is answering the emergency call after the emergency call is initiated in the emergency call system; a management office image output means that converts a information display mode of the elevator car, where a person is make the emergency call, from a normal information display mode to a video call mode and outputs a manager image, captured by a camera in the management office, which is answering the emergency call, to a monitor of an information display system installed on the elevator car, where the person is making the emergency call. A manager, who is answering the emergency call, in the management office can see the image of the car with the emergency call which is output on the monitor of the elevator monitoring system, and the person in the elevator car with the emergency call can see an image of the manager which is output on the monitor of the information display system.
