The present invention relates to an environmentally friendly method for removing contaminated rainwater, initial rainwater, seawater, milk, drinks, blood, fluidic favourite food, fluidic food seasonings such as vinegar, sauces, and paste, fluid molecules in freshwater, all the binding substance molecules and floating particles to purify them, to mix the contaminants from fluidic molecules with other substances to recycle them, or to purify and process them. In other word, the present invention relates to an environmentally friendly method for purifying rainwater and river water by removing various trash and contaminants, including: a step of removing filtered trash and contaminants by opening a rainwater intake adjustment floodgate (3600) and driving a dust separator (3000) when it rains while river water is stored in an environmentally friendly movable floodgate (3500) functioning as a fishway to be combined with a rainwater treatment system; a step of separating contaminated river water having low specific gravity from contaminated river water having high specific gravity to float them; a step of purifying contaminated rainwater and river water into clean water by continuously removing the floating contaminants and various contaminants using a pump (3002); and a step of allowing the clean river water having high specific gravity to flow into molecule storage (1000) using the gravity after passing through a first molecule treatment facility (3700) to discharge river water through the bottom of the molecule storage (1000).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
