A luminaire which is used to increase the intensity of light by collecting light which is not emitted to the outside because of a lamp shade, but a light emitted to the inside of a lamp shade, by using a light collecting plate to generate electric energy and storing the energy in a charger, and is used for a device (small air cleaner or a small fan installed on the ceiling of the lamp shade) suitable for a lamp.
