According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method for meditating open market-type online education contents through a network system connecting a mediation server with at least one tutor terminal and a student terminal in a global wire and wireless network, the method includes: a registering step of registering a profile of a tutor or a student from the tutor terminal and the student terminal to the meditation server in an own language through a web page based on the own language; a DB translation step of translating the registered profile in various languages by the meditation server and transferring the translated profile built as a database to the at least one foreign language or the student terminal; a selection step of selecting a desired student or tutor by searching the transferred profile, translated in the DB translation step, in a foreign tutor or student terminal through the web page based on foreign language; a remittance step of remitting money to the meditation server when a student that has selected a tutor or a student that receives proposal of the tutor submits payment; a learning step of, by the tutor, providing foreign language learning contents to the student through the online contents providing means when the meditation server confirms the payment; a confirmation and evaluation step of, by the student, transferring tutor evaluation information to the meditation server and confirming normal reception of the foreign language learning contents; and a payment step of, by the meditation server, submitting payment to the tutor when the normal contents are provided; and a refund step of, by the meditation server, refunding from the student when an abnormal contents are provided.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
