Provided in the present invention is an RFID based volume-rate and weight reducer of food waste by continuous dry, which collects a discharging person by using an electronic card or electronic tag by introducing a radio frequency identification (RFID) device, transmits information of discharging amount measured by a measuring device to an environment managing institute or a managing local government by individual discharging information by achieving a volume rating of food waste, grinds a food waste discharged in a plastic bag, spreads the ground food waste on a multistage heat plate to transport by a chain conveyor, continuously dries by blowing dry air in, removes offensive odor during a drying process by decomposition by OH-radical by ozone (O_3) and a photocatalyst (TiO_2), separates the dried food waste and the plastic bag by specific gravity.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
