The present invention relates to a latent heat exchanger having a hot water heating multi-flow channel and a condensing gas boiler comprising the same, and more specifically, to a condensing gas boiler having a sensible heat exchanger and a latent heat exchanger for heating circulating hot water by using combustion gas generated due to the ignition and combustion of a burner. The latent heat exchanger comprises: a plurality of circulating hot water heat exchange units with a circulating hot water flow path inside for the circulating hot water to move; and a plurality of direct water heat exchange units with a direct water flow path inside for direct water to move. The circulating hot water heat exchange units and the direct water heat exchange units are placed to alternate with each other, and a combustion gas flow path is formed in between the circulating hot water heat exchange units and the direct water heat exchange units. The present invention reduces the time spent for heating direct water into hot water, and saves calories used for heating direct water. Moreover, the present invention improves the efficiency of heat transfer by increasing the heat transfer area of circulating hot water or direct water and combustion gas, and can form a smaller volume of the latent heat exchanger even though it uses a stainless steel material. The present invention forms a heat exchange unit by combining two plates to simplify a manufacturing process and reduce manufacturing costs.
