Disclosed is a medical symposium management method of a medical symposium management system. The management method of the medical symposium system includes: a step in which a symposium image receiving part receives image/sound information of a surgery operation and a surgery operation room from an image transmission unit of the surgery operation room through the internet and then delivers the image/sound information to a symposium control part; a step in which the symposium control part displays the delivered image information on a divided screen through a display part, and outputs the sound to the outside through a speaker; the symposium control part stores the selected or edited image/sound information in the database as providing the selected or edited image/sound information to a media streaming service part, if an operator selects or edits image information which is to be transmitted to a viewer; a step in which the media streaming service part transmits the selected or edited image/sound information to a terminal of the users through the internet; a step in which the symposium control part delivers the selected or edited image/sound information to a symposium video service part, if the operator selects or edits the image information which is to be transmitted to a panel; and a step in which the symposium video service part transmits the selected or edited image/sound information to a terminal of each panel. The present invention enables the panels to share specialized opinion as to surgery operation as watching surgery operation scenes, the surgery operation and the panels in real-time each other, by connecting the surgery operation rooms and the panels through the internet.
