The present invention relates to a primer for detecting pathogenic microorganism, and a method and a detection kit for detecting pathogenic microorganism using the same, and more specifically, to a primer for detecting Vibrio anguillarum and Edwardsiella tarda simultaneously, and a method and a detection kit for detecting pathogenic microorganism through polymerase chain reaction using the primer. The primer according to the present invention is capable of detecting a micro density of the pathogenic microorganism and accurately and quickly detecting Vibrio anguillarum and Edwardsiella tarda simultaneously with one polymerase chain reaction, thereby preventing fish from dying by infection of pathogenic microorganism and damage to aquaculture industry. Thus, highly advantageous effects can be offered to the aquaculture industry.
