According to the present invention, the high-speed wireless LAN communications method using multi-rate partitioning and cooperative transmission is performed by an access point and comprises: a step of transmitting, to nodes, transmission-time slot information, partition information, and internal transmission priority information for identifying a transmission-time slot, a partition, and internal transmission priority; a step of receiving an uplink packet from any one node; a step of determining whether downlink data to be downloaded to the node exists in a download queue while standing by during a default standby period; a step of transmitting the downlink packet of the downlink data to the node after the default standby period, if the downlink data to be transmitted to the node exists; a step of removing the downlink data from the download queue, if an acknowledgement packet is received from the node after transmitting the downlink packet; and a step of transmitting an acknowledgement packet to the node after the default standby period, if downlink data to be transmitted to the node does not exist.
