The present invention relates to an Aureobasidium pullulans KSY-0516 mutant strain producing extracellular secretory type beta-1,3/1,6-glucan; an immune activity reinforcing composition and functional health food including the mutant strain, a culture medium of the same, a supernatant liquid, or a dried product of the same as an active ingredient; a health supplementary food, skin external application composition, and animal fodder composition including the mutant strain, a culture medium of the same, a supernatant liquid, or a dried product of the same as an active ingredient; a method for producing beta-1,3/1,6-glucan, wherein the method comprises a step of culturing the mutant strain; and a method for producing an Aureobasidium pullulans KSY-0516 mutant strain producing extracellular type secretory beta-1,3/1,6-glucan by simultaneously performing ethyl methasulfonate treatment and UV rays irradiation onto an Aureobasidium pullulans strain.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
