The present invention relates to a lighting control system for improving learning of students by controlling lighting according to a context with respect to a space having a special purpose such as a classroom. The present invention solves problems of the related art in that as blackening occurs in fluorescent lighting used in most schools as time goes by, output illumination is reduced, distribution of light is non-uniform lowering eye sight and increasing a myopia rate, and that life is reduced not to be suitable to control dynamic lighting in case of high blinking frequency. An optimal lighting environment suitable for each situation is provided to increase learning capacity of students based on schedule information such as day, time, and textbook, and the position and an action of a teacher.
