Disclosed are a method for manufacturing a specimen having an intergranular stress corrosion cracking and a specimen having an intergranular stress corrosion cracking manufactured thereby. For this purpose, the method for manufacturing a specimen having an intergranular stress corrosion cracking comprises the steps of: masking a specimen so as to reveal only a local surface (first step); forming a sensitizing tissue on a surface of the specimen by irradiating the specimen masked in the first step with a proton and a nickel ion beam (second step); and forming an intergranular stress corrosion cracking on the specimen on which the sensitizing tissue is formed. According to the present invention, when an artificial crack is formed having a nondestructive signal characteristic similar to a stress corrosion cracking generated from a nuclear reactor of a real nuclear power station and a penetration tube, a pipe, a nozzle, and heat pipe parts of a steam generator, the sensitizing tissue can be formed on a local surface region alone by irradiating with the proton and the nickel ion beam, thereby manufacturing the sensitizing tissue in large quantity by easily adjusting a depth and a length. In addition, parts including the stress corrosion cracking manufactured by the present invention can be used as a standard specimen for development of a nondestructive testing technology for an in-service inspection of nuclear power plant and a technology for cracking detectability improvement.
