PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a character or stroke having "personality" indicating that a character is written by the same writer and "fluidity" in which each stroke is formed into a different shape.SOLUTION: A stroke generation device comprises: a stroke decomposition means 30 for decomposing a character into strokes based on information relative to the trajectory and writing order of the same character; a feature point extraction means 30 for extracting feature points characterizing the shape of the decomposed strokes; an affection vector set extraction means 30 for obtaining a set of affection vectors from another feature point to one feature point for all the feature points; a clustering means 30 for classifying the affection vector sets; a model generation means 30 for generating a feature point position determination model based on a position determination pattern for determining the positions of the feature points; and a stroke generation means 30 for determining each feature point according to the feature point position determination model by using the affection vector sets and generating the strokes.
