The purpose of the present invention is to provide a device for processing a one-sided water-repellent and one-sided water-absorbing fabric that enables one-sided water-repellent and one-sided water-absorbing processing even on a thin fabric by accommodating a water repellent inside a roller, thereby applying the water repellent having passed a mesh net to the fabric, and adjusting the speed of supplying the fabric, the viscosity of the water repellent, the size of the mesh, etc. The device for processing a one-side water-repellent and one-sided water-absorbing fabric according to the present invention comprises: a fabric supply roller part (10) for supplying a fabric that has gone through pretreatment, dyeing and a textile printing process; a fabric transfer part (20) for transferring the fabric supplied by the fabric supply roller part (10); a water repellent applying roller part (30) placed at the upper part of the fabric transfer part (20), and pressurizing and applying a water repellent to the fabric being transferred by the fabric transfer part (20); a first drying part (50) for drying the fabric having the water repellent applied thereto by the water repellent applying roller part (30); a supporting roller part (55) for transferring the fabric by supporting the lower part of the fabric dried by the first drying part (50); an impregnation part (60) for accommodating a water-absorbing processing agent and impregnating, with the water absorbing processing agent, the fabric being transferred by being supported by the supporting roller part (55); a pressurizing roller part (70) for passing the fabric rotating in gear and being transferred while being impregnated by the impregnation part (60), and making the water-absorbing processing agent penetrate the fabric placed at the rear surface of the water repellent by pressurizing the passing fabric; and a second drying part (80) for drying the fabric pressurized by the pressurizing roller part (70) and being transferred.
