The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition containing callistemon lanceola (Callistemon lanceola) extract with anti-acne bacterial efficacy. The cosmetic composition of the present invention contains callistemon lanceola extract which shows excellent antibacterial activity for propionibacterium acnes(Propionibacterium acnes), the bacteria which causes acne, and is effective for relief and prevention of acne symptoms by selecting and containing extracts that have the optimal anti-acne bacterial efficacy according to the part, extract solvent and density of callistemon lanceola.
