The matrix converter is controlled by the control unit to fully convert the power generated by the generator by the rotational force of the windmill rotating by the wind power and to supply the power to the power system. The control unit adds the information of the voltage phase of the power system or the information of the voltage phase of the generator to the power factor of the power system side to generate the information of the current phase and controls the matrix converter based on the information of the current phase .
